About Us

The NO LIMITS DANCE ACADEMY resides in Chicago, nestled in the town of Paarl, Drakenstein Municipal area, which is located within the Cape Winelands District in the Western Cape province of South Africa.

Chicago is located east of Paarl, a historically disadvantaged community that is associated with unemployment, gangster activities, crime and teenage pregnancies. The people that suffer the most is the vulnerable children.

This leads to the story of NO LIMITS DANCE ACADEMY whose journey started when President Cyril Ramaphosa encouraged the nation to participate in a dance challenge to Master KG’s song Jerusalema on Heritage Day 2020.

This is how NO LIMITS DANCE ACADEMY was established on Heritage Day 2020 and this year 2024, on 24 September 2024, we will celebrate our 4th birthday anniversary.

After the Jerusalema dance, we saw first-hand what dancing did to our children. It kept our children together, thus keeping them out of harm’s way, because from the age of 10 our children fall into drugs and fall into gangsterism, but the NO LIMITS DANCE ACADEMY journey has prevailed admist all the circumstances they face daily.

As founders of the dance group, it is an honour and privilege to keep our children out of harms way.

Dancing in churches, in the community, competitions and at various celebration events has therefore continued to this day.
